Starting at 17:00 UTC today we will be regenerating the mailing list archives hosted on https://lists.w3.org/ to use a new version of hypermail. This update will provide many improvements to the markup, style, accessibility, performance and robustness of the archives.

Mail to individual mailing lists will be paused while the archives are being regenerated, typically less than 1 minute for most lists but up to 10 minutes for lists with large archives. Any messages sent to a list will be queued and distributed once its archive has been rebuilt.
