We plan to upgrade our database server to the latest debian
release on Monday, 04 July, starting at 11:00 UTC.

We expect this operation to last about 3 hours.

During the upgrade the database will not be available.

In particular the following services will not be availabl during this
outage:

- wbs
- IPP, DBWG, W3C Membership applications
- TR Publishing
- Tracker
- W3C User accounts creation and edition
- Publishing of minutes
- Changing access rights of content
- Adding '/ removing members from working groups
- ...
