The backend server that hosts the htmldiff script and other services is going to undergo maintenance.

Notably, the service that allows to change the access rights of different documents published on the www.w3.org main site will not be available during this time. You will still be able to publish documents, but not alter their access rights until the server maintenance is done. This includes minutes taken on irc.
